Wert’s Café

The Aladdin Restaurant
In 1981, Ed and Violette Younes immigrated from Syria and opened the original Aladdin Restaurant on 2nd Street. Today, they operate out of a larger space on Union Boulevard, serving the Lehigh Valley’s premier Middle Eastern cuisine. It is an authentic, family-run fine dining experience that serves up massive portions of deeply flavorful, traditional Syrian dishes.
