4. Toros Restaurant
Paterson’s Turkish anchor, Toros grills lamb chops, sizzles falafel, plates up stuffed grape leaves, and bakes their own pistachio baklava.
Heavy on the hospitality, the owner strolls the room to chat and invite newcomers to try Turkish tea.

5. Libby’s Lunch
A Silk City institution. Breakfast anytime, chili dogs and classic fries, Greek salads, rice pudding, and milkshakes—all dished up on shiny counters watched over by owners and regulars who know everyone’s story.
